Membership acceptance is based upon an interview and a vote by the Board of Directors.
The following will be taken into consideration:

• Are you applying for Full, Collaborative, Associate, or Corporate Collaborative membership?
• What are your expectations of being part of AISTI?
• What innovative collaborative projects would youl like to work on?
• What innovative areas is your organization working in?
• What are the areas of strength of your organization?
• What are the electronic and systems capabilities of your library?
• What is the size of your organization?
• Who would be the primary beneficiaries of the AISTI membership?
